Gary & Linda LaChance Roll 361 Dear Smoke Signals, My family and friends strongly believe that the Winterhawks sponsorship was a huge success. Watching the other Tribal families sitting together, getting recognition for being there and having a great time with their children was en couraging. Having the Tribal logo illuminating through the ice was beautiful and made us feel proud to be there. Many games we heard comments from non Tribal fans that they were happy to see Grand Ronde's relationship with the Winterhawks. On Tribal game nights, we were seeing up to 9,000 fans talking in all the excitement. The exposure the Winterhawks organization and the Tribe created was a positive one and what a great opportunity to expand into Portland's market. If the Tribe is not planning on continuing the sponsorship of the Winterhawks, we feel this would be a mistake. The ones that enjoyed the hockey experience and want it to continue, please let your voice be heard.
