2 FEBRUARY 15, 2002 Smoke Signals On behalf of my family, my stepdad Dennis Noyes, husband Rob, sister and brother in-law Cheryl and Bill Carl, brother and (same as) sister in law Shari, and brother Pete Mooney, I'd like to take this opportunity to thank so many people for the kind ness and consideration they've shown to us since my Mom, Jerry Noyes passed away on January 16, 2001. Thank you to all my friends at work who continually updated people on Mom's progress and were there for me every minute when things didn't turn out as we'd hoped and still continue to be. Thank you to Val Grout, Penny DeLoe, Carol Nelson, Janell Haller, Sharon Grout, Violet & Dick Zimbrick, Connie Graves, Bob McElderry, Shelly Kent, Liz Leno, Angie Fasana, Katrina Herber, Marion Mercier, Gloria Engleson, Kim Mueller, Barbara Lake, Lindy Trolan, Cheri Butler and Tina Dizick for all you did to feed those that stopped by after Mom's service. Finally, thank you Tony Johnson and June Olson for your understand ing during the time I needed to be away from the office. If you are lucky enough to still have your Mom with you, please tell her you love her and hug her often. Jackie Whisler Roll 545 (GiuirjD EloriDE LSGAL CeIIVICES 503-472-95G1 1-000-701-0500 In deepest appreciation: Our father in a critically ill state, expressed his greatest wish would be to remarry his loving wife and soul mate of the last 55 years. We all thought this too be a nearly impossible task, due to his ex tremely poor health. After hearing his wishes, we got in contact with Angela Fasana at the Tribal court. Well, we'll just say we think Angela should shorten her name to Angel because she went above and beyond what any of us could of ex pected. Within a span of no more than 36 hours, they were married at his bedside, on our Mother's birthday, in front of a small gathering of friends and family. The entire family of Bill and Betty Rife, would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Angela for bringing it all together, although words truly can't describe the gratitude and appreciation, we feel for her hard work and commitment to see his wish ful filled. Sincerely, The Rife Family THANK YOU ALL Joyce Ham and family would like to extend our thanks to all friends and family for their kind words, prayers, flowers, gifts and cards in memory of IlaDowd. We thank Connie, Carmen, and Mark Mercier for speaking at the rosary and funeral. We would also like to give Thanks to the drummers, Val Grout and everyone who assisted with the wonderful meal. Ila touched the lives of many, and we will greatly miss her love, kind heart, humor, friendship and knowledge. iiiiiih IfM 5 II JL-C U J I .... l---S-"''-lJlf..'.lp..; f 1 L, . ....
