Family Cultural Night will focus on having fun, learning new things and bringing families in this com munity closer together. We plan on having games, laughter, song and dance, meals and whatever else we can think of. The learning section of the Family Culture Night will be about learning arts and crafts, Tribal history and old stories. We plan on bringing families and the community closer together by hav ing interactive activities, team building games, challenges and just being around each other more. We have came up with the basic idea of what to do and a time frame for doing it. We would like input from the people who would like to be involved. We would like to hear what kind of arts and crafts people want to learn, what kind of games people are interested in, what types of history people want to learn and any other input people might have. Family Culture Night is open to all Native Club members and their immediate family members. It is planned for the second Wednesday of every month from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. We are not setting an at tendance policy we just hope that people show up if they are inter ested in their family learning new things and spending time together in a positive way. The first meeting for the Fam ily Culture Night will be held at the Grand Ronde Youth Center on Wednesday, October 10 starting at 6:00 p.m. The focus of this first meeting is to get the ideas from people of what they want to do and what they are interested in learning. The only in put we will have is the input people give at the meeting. So, we hope to see you there and hear your input.
