Hamilton Construction Company has an Oregon Dept. of Transportation contract to reconstruct about five miles of northbound Interstate 5, between Albany and Salem. The reconstruction includes about 19 bridges and several other structures. The primary work is done by carpenters and laborers working with wood forms and concrete. Separate contractors do the road work with their own employ ees. This project will last approximately one year, 10 hours per day with some overtime. Hamilton is currently seeking three bridge building laborers with the following qualifications and experience: 3 years of work as a laborer in closely related type of construction. Able to pick up and carry 100 pound objects 100 feet or 50 pound object up a 20 foot ladder. Able to use appropriate hand and power tools. Employee furnishes the hand tools, Hamilton furnishes the power tools. Agree to take and must pass pre-employment, random and for cause drug tests. Pay scale for Labor 1 is $20.09 per hour plus a $7.55 per hour fringe that pays for health insurance and a pension program. Slightly higher wages for higher skill levels. Pay is weekly. HWy. 18, CRAND RONDE, OR Residential Chemical Dependency Counselor GRADE: 7 OPEN UNTIL FILLED This position serves as a member of a multi-disciplinary team in an intensive residential chemical dependency program that uses a holistic approach designed to empower Native American youth to make choices which allow them to lead happy, healthy lives while being clean and sober. Requires a Bachelor's degree in chemical dependency counseling or substantially related field of study. Requires a minimum of three (3) years experience as an adolescent counselor, preferably in a residential treatment environ ment and certification as a Chemical Dependency Counselor I at a minimum. If in recovery, must have three (3) years continued sobriety at time of hire. Medical Secretary (on-calltemporary) GRADE: 7 OPEN UNTIL FILLED ' , Requires a minimum of six (6) months of post high school specialized job skills training in the secretarial field or posses a minimum of one (1) year of work experience in secretarial positions working for multiple executives.
