Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Training: High School diploma or the equivalent with a minimum of one year of work experience in secretarialre ceptionist position, using a multi-line telephone system to handle a high volume of incoming calls, andor providing mail room clerk functions. Special Licensing and Other Requirements: 1 . Knowledge of postal regulations, ability to operate mail processing and sort ing machines, possess telephone technique experience using a multi-line tele phone system to handle a wide variety and volume of incoming calls. 2.
