The fair was sponsored by the Grand Ronde Tribal Human Services Division. General Meeting Sunday, January 2, 1994 Tribal Community Center, 11:30 A.M. Meal Provided AH TVibal Members Welcome Contract Health & Clinic News It's the end of the year, and we need tribal members to send in all their bills and explanation of benefits from Medicare and other insurance. If you have any questions contact the Contract Health Department. The Health Clinic hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., with a walk-in time from 8:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M. and from 5:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. Please remember with the winter season upon us, the clinic is very busy, so call for an appointment ahead of time. We will continue to prioritize medical emergencies as they arise. Beginning January 5, 1994 Bette Seagren, Family Nurse Practitioner, will be working in the clinic from9:00A.M. to 5:00P.M. After that date she will be coming in every other Wednesday. Nurse Practitioner John Richards will be working with us one day per week starting January 1994.
