In Siletzt November 19 6. 26, and December 16 from 9:00 to 4:45, 23, & 30 from 9:00 to 11:45, are scheduled for new client intake and for those who have rescheduled appointments. Dear Fellow Tribal Members: At our last general council meeting held on October 6, 1985, Chairperson Henry Petite announced his resignation as chairperson. On the 8th of October, the council elected I, Mark Mercier, Vice-Chairperson, to fill the vacancy. The council also elected council member Merle Leno to the Vice-Chair position. As you know, we have been extremely busy working on our Reservation Plan. We have Just a few more meetings with concerned people around the Grand Ronde community concerning our Reservation Plan. Once these meetings are completed, the final wrap up of the plan will be implemented, as the due date for the Reservation Plan is Nov ember 22, 1985. The Tribal Council members requested me to announce the next general council meeting will be held at 1:00 p.m. on November 3, 1985, in order to give the general council an update on the tribes progress of the Reservation Plan. Hope to see all of you there, Mark Mercier, Tribal Chairman Title IV Parent Committee Our Parent Committee Officers are: Margo George, Chairperson, Mike Larsen, Vice Chairperson, Sandra Roselle, Secretary, Lennis Mercier, Treasurer, Jayne Mercier, Coordinator, Darlene Kepford, L.E.A., Becky Fendall, Teacher Representative, and Sandra Petty, Alternate Teacher Representative. The next Parent Committee meeting is October 28, 1985 at 6:30 p.m. at the Grand Ronde Elementary School.
