use Indian Health Service, it requires that tribal members complete health care
service applications on a yearly basis. If you have not completed an application
for 1985, please call the Tribal Health Office and let us know the number of
applications needed and your current address.
If you are a tribal member living outside of the service are (Multnomah, Marion,
Polk, Washington, Tillamook, Yamhill) or out of state, you still need to get
your health care service application in. All health care funding is dependent
upon the tribal head count, and everyone needs to be counted.

Dear Tribal Members:
It is with regret that I will be saying good-bye. I have handed in my resignation

could. I will be moving closer to my family in Washington state, but will treasure
the unique memories I carry with me. Darlia Dugan, RN
