Insanity class is a body weight boot camp style workout includ- ing cardio and strength. Functional Fitness focuses on functional movement, cardio, weights, core and more. There is a Behavior Health walk-in clinic today: Appointments are available between 1 and 5 p.m. The medical social workers at the clinic can help with screenings, assessments, crisis intervention and many other things for children, adolescents and adults. They are open from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. after services. All food banks and pantries do take donations of non-perish- able food or cash Monday, December 23 There is no school today in the Jefferson County 509- J district.
