New subdivision
The infrastructure work is
starting on the 35-unit sub-
division at Greeley Heights.
The plan is to have the
first six units complete by
February.
The infrastructure part of
this project is paid for by the
Confederated Tribes.
Funding for the housing
comes from a state program,
the Oregon Housing and
Community Services Low In-
come Housing Tax Credit
program.
This is the first time the
tribes have used this source
of funding.
The subdivision, near Bear
Drive and Mt. Jefferson
Street, is called the Greeley
Heights Subdivision IV; and
will include the houses, side-
walks, roadways and street
lights.
