We wanted to thank you

We traveled on Saturday
night through tough weather,
snow and rain. But we m an

to get here from Seattle. We
never had any regrets about
getting here.
Also, a big thank you to
Our sisters Carol Lawrence,
T e rry Stradley, A rn e tta

great smiles, laughter, tears,
fears-—whether good or bad,
show som eone you care so

and pray for everyone.
The burial was beautiful
too, a little chilly but we m an
aged to put the cold out o f
mind.
Big thanks to our brother,
young Boise and family. He
also keeps checking to make
sure all is good, no matter. We

Study shows link between ancient baby and Native people

12,600 years ago was related
to present-day Native people,
according to the results o f a
study published in the jour

The boy was found with
125 artifacts. His remains and

the items were covered with
red ochre, a sign o f a burial
ceremony conducted by his
community.
A D N A study confirmed
that the boy shares ancestry

H e is more closely linked with
A
indigenous p opulations in
Central and South America
for reasons that haven't been
determined.
The boy was found on pri

that study is complete, he will
be reburied.
“I w anted to h o n o r the

study, said in a Montana State
