have a second vote on the
m otorsports referendum.

expressed the same notion: “It
was disenfranchisement, mak
ing them meet a higher bur
den.”.

cost the tribes more money,
while everyone is trying to
save.

second referendum would be
the same. The voters would
ask, “What part o f ‘no’ don’t
you understand?’” he said.

referendum results.
Councilman Moses made
a motion to approve the re
sults, seconded by P aiute
Chief Joe Moses. The vote
was 8-T in favor o f approv
ing the results, Councilman
Smith voting against.
