Cardinals upset Bears in tournament

In the win against Baylor,

Mini marathon at KNT
The Kah-Nee-Ta Mini
Marathon is on Saturday,
April, 20 at the Kah-Nee-
Ta Resort and Spa Village.
The races will be the
14.5, 10K, SK and a 1-
Mile fun run/walk. Regis­
tration will begin at 8 a.m.
at the Village front gate.
T he 14.5 race will pro­
vide a bus to Sim nasho
leaving the village front
gate at 8:30 sharp, the race
will begin at 9. The other
races begin at 10 at the
village front gate.
Awards will be given to
the top three finishers in
th e m ale and fem ale
division’s in all age catego­
ries.
All participants will get
a door prize ticket, as well
as free entry pass into the
Pool. You can pre-register
at a discount at the Recre­
ation D epartm ent or reg­
ister on the day o f the
race.

Dwight Carpen, Family Nurse Practitioner at the Clinic for the past six years, had his
last workout at the Center last week. He has taken a position in North Carolina at
Pope Army Airfield to be closer to his kids. Brett Whipple says, “Dwight always
brought a lot of enthusiasm to the noon classes at the Community Center. I really
enjoyed getting to know him and will miss him as a friend.”
