fight infections. It is a great
w ay to add flavor to food w ith­
out adding extra salt and fats.

veggies, eggs, soups and stews.
M ake a simple and healthy
garlic bread b y toasting bread
and th en rubbing a p eeled gar­

Edison Yazzie (4-H Volunteer) to learn how
to braid a W ild H orse R acers shank rope.
A lthough the shank rope braid, w as
very com plicated, m any parents stayed .the
entire length o f the class to help their stu­
dent.
The purpose o f this class w as to pro­
vide an activity that could b e learned and
handed dow n to the youth.
