Ingredients:
1 cup orange juice 4
1/2 cup pineapple ju ice
1/2 cup plain or vanilla
yogurt
1 banana, peeled and
sliced
2 cups fresh spinach
leaves !
Crushed ice
the recipe needs fresh or frozen
vegetables. Some can use either
form.
• A dd either fresh broc­
coli or spinach to a salad
• , Try broccoli w ith a low
fat dip or ranch dressing
• Thaw and drain frozen
spinach then add to a dip. Serve

rennials, bulbs and shrubs w ith
com post, bone m eal or a 5-10-

fertilizer. A pply fertilizer to the
soil surface and then carefully
scratch fertilizer into the soil
