Frank Cushingway Jim Sr.
passed away on O ctober 5,
2009 at his home. H e was 43.

he was b o m in Prineville to
N athan and Ella (Colwash)
Jim.

School, Madras Junior High
and Madras High School. H e
completed the General E d u
cation Developm ent (GED)
certificate.
Frank was a fire fighter
and camp crew member. He
w as em p lo y ed at W arm
Springs Forest Products In
dustries as security, and at
K ah-Nee-Ta Resort for a num
ber o f years.
His greatest joy in life was
teaching the traditional and cul
tural values o f singing, dancing,
W ashut and Sundance religion.

sweat house, and dream catch
ers.

Marcelene Gensaw.
Cheryl was a lifetime resi
dent o f W arm Springs and a
tribal member.
She worked as a preschool
teacher.
