There was another great turnoutfor the recent Tribal Ski Dat at Mt. Hood Meadows. There was still a lot o f snow on the mountain fo r the occasion, and skiing conditions were excellent. This y ea r marked the fifth season that Mt. Hood Meadows has hosted Tribal Ski Days. This y ea r also saw the most participation by tribal members, both youth and adults. In addition to providing the bus from Warm Springs to the ski area, Mt. Hood Meadows Ski R esort supplied chair lift tickets, sk i and snowboard equipment, lessons from professional ski and snowboard instructors, and lunch. Izraii Mendez thought the day was a good one.
