nam e “ F u zz” or “Judge
Lowell.” He was a true war
rior who succumbed to can
cer and he will be missed. He
was o f Yakama and Umatilla
descent.
He was born November
22, 1959 at the Spino family
hom e in A dam s, O regon.

ior high at John Murray and
Helen McCune, he also, at

. School.
Among his many hobbies
and interests he loved watch
ing and participating in rodeo,
baseball, golf, horseshoes, 3D
sh o o t,
bow
hunting,
beadwork, featherwork, gill
and dip net fishing on the Co
lumbia River at traditional
Native sites, wildhorse racer,
men’s pool league, and break
ing and training horses for
1959—2008
family and friends.
He was a highly skilled and
avid hunter and fisherman who
provided meat and salmon for
his family, tribal elders and for
ceremonials when he was, called
upon.
In his youth and teenage
years, he was a champion fancy
dancer, traveling the Pow Wow
trail in the Pacific Northwest.
He loved spending time with
family and friends. He was a
proud and devoted father to his
son Stanley.
