Each student in the program is allowed up to but not guaranteed 12 weeks per season. 14 and 15 year olds: K^HNEtTA HIGH DESERT RESORT & CASINO Parent/guardian responsi bilities When School is in session* three hours a school day, eight hours on non-school days, 18 hours per week maximum; Only between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m, Working is not allowed dur ing school hours. When school is not in ses sion, eight hours per day, 40 hours per week maximum; from June 11 through Labor Day, ,7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Page 7 Scholarships offered Kah-Nee-Ta High Desert Resort & Casino is accepting applications for the 2007 male and female Scholarship Award. This opportunity is for Warm Springs tribal mem bers who are choosing to fur ther their education at an ac credited secondary learning institute as a full- or part-time student. Applications will be avail able at the Warm Springs Education Building and Kah- Nee-Ta’s Human Resources Office. Applications must be re ceived by the deadline o f July 16, O f those applicants meet ing the deadline, one female and one male will be selected to receive a $1,000 scholar ship and a laptop computer.
