"New and different things come up all the time in probate," said Judge Tohet, whose previous job was at the Warm Springs Forest Products Industries mill. Judge Tohet worked at the mill, in a variety of different positions, for 32 years. A while ago, he saw that he would soon have to leave mill work, for medical reasons.
