8 May 11,1995 Warm Springs, Oregon SpilyayTymoo Moses1 basketball raffle still continues To the Warm Springs Commu nity, I just want to let everyone know that I haven't forgotten anyone of you who had already purchased a raffle ticket for the 1982 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham. There is a change in this raffle due to the unaffordability to purchase this ve hicle, but I do have a 1979 Cadillac Seville which will take the place of the 1982 Cadillac. The cost of these tickets for this raffle drawing will also change fro $2.50 each to $1 each. I do hope to see you continue to support this project which will be to help several youth from Warm Springs to be able to go somewhere if not the Hawaiian Islands and we do very much appre ciate your continued support. Al though the original plan was to spon sor them to go to attend a Boy's & Girl's Basketball tournament on the Hawaiian Island of Maui, this will enable them to go to play at various locations. Your patience is very much ap preciated and I want to say I am sorry to have taken so long to respond with this notice, Thank you for your time and we do look forward to seeing that everyone will have that chance to be satisfied or close to it! I would like to sec this project supported by your donations and I will continually help provide what ever I can do on behalf of the youth this project will be directed. Thank you once again. Apologies To all youse Res people, Once again, I find myself in a repetitive cycle. Much like lightning, not only twice on this Res have I struck! Yet, I had been spared any and "all" personal harm to those of you enjoying the X-mas holidays! For I had drove under the influ ence of alcohol. This is not my ex cuse, but only my plea of forgive ness. For it is my "Insane desire" for winewhiskey that overrules my com mon sense that I would try an extra mile for more "cans"! More booze, more gas, more cigs. This all adds up to more time (jail). More self denouncement, especially of all the grievance I might have done, caused or created! For all of this I am very sorry to the point of selling or sold my wheels! I am sorry, Jack Williams To the community of Warm Springs Indian Res: I would like to take this time out to apologize to a certain person. To Rosetta Fuentes & her family, for I was not in the right frame of mind, during this incident on August 3, 1 994, due to the use of alcohol. After I do all my time, I will have done a year. A year out of my life being incarcerated. That is a long time for me. Too long. Yes, I believe that is enough. All due to the use of alco hol. Yes, I have learned my lesson. Again, I would like to say I am sorry. I hope you could find it in your heart somewhere to forgive me for my actions against you. James Teeman To the people and community of Warm Springs, I, Frankie Kalama would like to apologize for driving while Intoxi cated on March 26, 1995. Sorry it will not happen again. Frankie Kalama I'm sorry to Jerome Lewis for us ing his name for false identification. Shane Henry To the community of Warm Springs: I would like to apologize for driv ing under the influence of alcohol on 22595. I'm also thankful no one got hurt. Jimmy George To the community of Warm Springs, I would like to apologize to ev erybody who resides here on the res. for driving under the influence of alcohol. I'm sorry. Randy Robinson
