Sturgeon setline fishery: The January treaty Indian commercial setline fishery will close as sched uled at noon January 31. If the stur geon commercial catch guideline of 1,650 fish is not exceeded in the winter season fishery, the sturgeon setline fishery may be re-opened at a later date. Scaffold fishery: The scaffold fishery remains open year-around. Scaffold catch may be sold during open commercial fishing periods.
