This position provides a quality learning experi ence in fishery science while pro viding CRITFC with additional technical support during the summer field season. The incumbent will assist personnel in the Fishery Sci ence Department in handling data, reviewing technical literature, and coordinating and conducting some field activities. Many tasks will be computer-oriented, and there will be ample opportunity to survey many CRITFC projects. Work will be ap proximately 80 office (in Portland) and 20 field. She was not the driver (the driver suffered only minor injuries) however, she had a head injury and was in a coma for several months. The doctors did not know if she would ever recover from the results of the head injury or be able to walk again. Evctte has paralysis on the right side of her body and is now able to walk with the assistance of a cane. This is a remarkable young women whose inner strength has allowed her to overcome her disabilities and her problem with alcohol.
