New Tribal Council sworn in May 2

Council. He was chairman
during the ‘74 - ‘77 term.
Named by acclamation as first
vice chairman was Delbert
Frank, Sr. Frank has served on
Tribal Council for over 20
years, his first term being in
1956. Mike Clements, who is
beginning his second term on
Council, was named second
election held April 22 to break
a tie.
