A memorial dinner for Eddie
“Mannkins” Cole, well known
roper, will be held at the
Agency Longhouse on March 6
at noon. The dinner will be
given by Cole’s wife, Gloria
Cole, Jazz Wewa and Frances

I have a nice family and I was
adopted into this family. Oh,
by the way what does the word
Simnasho mean? We would
like to know what it means.
How do you like your school?
Is your school big or small?
How far do you live from your
school? How often do you have
Indian dances?
I live in a trailor court out
in the country and I enjoy living
out there. I’m always writing
letters to people. I like to write
letters often. I enjoy music. I
like to play soccer, tennis, go
swimming, ride a bike. What
kinds of things do you like to
do? I’m very busy between
Monday & Friday.
Write soon!

Ed

Baker Middle School
Dear Friends at Simnasho
School
Hi, my name is Cindy and I
go to Baker Middle School. My
class is planning a trip to Kah-
Nee-Ta some time this April.
We heard that there was a
school over there. and we
thought you would like to hear
from a different school. Do you
like it over there at a small
school? Do you ever stay in
tents? Do you go horseback
riding very much? I never go
horseback riding. Hey, what
doe Simnash mean over there?.
Well, I got to go now.
Your friend,
Cindy Ann Relaford
