T ires shall be in good co ndition w ith no a p p aren t flaws. 12. Brakes m ust be in p ro p er adjustm ent, the brake m ust lock rear wheel. 13. N o fenders, chain guards or re flecto rs w ill be allo w ed . 14. R iders m ust have helm ets, m outh p rotectors, long sleeve shirts, long p an ts an d lace up shoes.
