One sister Delia LeClair also survives him. Other survn ors include numerous aunts uncles and cousins. Also sui viving him are 42 grand-child ren. ADONIS SCOTT, born July 2, 1925 in Warm Springs, died January 15, 1978. The dressing was held Janu ary 18 at Madras Evergreen Chapel with Nettie Shawaway and Louise Helion officiating. Overnight services were led by Matilda Mitchell and Herb Stw- yer at the Simnasho Longhouse. Burial was January 19 at Rei Lake Cemetary. The daughter of John anl Cecelia (Mitchell) Powyowii Adonis married Ray Scott Marcl 11,1948, who survives her. She il also survived by two sons! James J. Scott and Ivan J. He was a life-long resident of Warm Springs, and married Tribal member Florence (Ander son) Meanus November 3, 1969 in Stevenson, Washington. Dressing ceremonies were conducted by Leonard Scott at Madras Evergreen Chapel Janu ary 24. Tribal ceremonies were held two nights at the Warm Springs Longhouse.
