Papers Claim Hughes Wed NEW YORK U! Millionaire Howard Hughes and actress Jean Peters were married secretly sev eral days ago, newspapers report ed yesterday. Hughes, 51, "oil man, industrial ist, aviator and movie maner, first met Miss Peters, 30, about 10 years ago. They appeared to gether .frequently but in 19o4 Miss Peters married Texas oilman siu art W. Cramer 3rd. The couple separated after a few months and Miss Peters filed for divorce in 1955. The actress' last movie was "A Man Called Peter." Hughes originally was married In 1925 to Ella Rice of Houston, Tex. The marriage ended , in di vorce four years later. Neither Hughes nor Miss Peters was available for comment. Soehren Files $10,000Suit ' A pedestrian-motor vehicle acci dent of last Aug. 3 on a Church street crosswalk resulted in a $10,000 personal injury damage suit being filed in Marion County Circuit Court. W, Lloyd Soehren, as the plain tiff, charges negligence on the part of "Joseph Alton DeShazer, driver, and Fred W. Drucker, own er of the pickup truck involved. The complaint states that Soeh ren was struck by the truck while It was making a turn from Center onto Church street.
