Z i VV J m w Of course the Bible is big. Not only in size 77. but in the endless depth of the messages to man. God never intended the Bible to be studied without help. When an Ethiopian official centuries ago wres tled with a passage from Isaiah, God sent the evan gelist, Philip, to meet the man's chariot, climb aboard, and explain the text's reference to the crucifixion of Christ. Explaining and applying God's' Word are still two of the major aims of the Church. Every sermon, every lesson, every discussion topic your church offers is intended to focus your attention on the timeless truths of Scripture and help you thread them into the pattern of your life. Cherish your Bible . . . read it regularly . . . and let your Church guide you to the richness of its message, mE CHURCH FOR ALT. ALL FOP TtttJtL':-' ronrt ri.....L . .
