Fire Casualties
GERVAIS (Spoeial)-Ernie Zell

tion while fighting the fire at the
Bank of Oregon this week. A pane
, of glass fell and struck Zellner's
.head causing the injury. No hos
pitallzalion was required after

districts were made smaller in
size when justice of the peace
districts were re-arranged re
cently, according to Polk coun
ty district attorney, Walter
Foster.
Grand Ilonde district will remain
the same size. Valsetz, Pedcc and
North and South Falls City have
been removed from the Independ
ence district to the Dallas district,
and Salt Lake IPerrydalct and
McCoy were moved to Dallas from
West Salem.
Those in the West Salern district
No. 2 are Eola, first, second, third,
fourth, West Salem; Brush College
and Spring Valley.
Dallas No. 3 includes Rickrcall,
first, second, third, fourth, and
fifth Dallas, Oakdale, Salt Creek,
Jackson, Ruell, Salt Lake, McCoy,

evaluation of various levels of

house at Malibu Beach, Calif.
