Coffee Eggnog (f) eggs, separated 1 cup powdered sugar 2 cups light cream 2 cups milk 4 nips strong coffee Few grains salt 2 cups lixht rum 1 cup brandy 2 cups whipping cream NUimeg Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon-colored. Beat in sugar. Add I'Sht cream, milk, coffee and salt. Mix well. Add rum and brandy and DOUr into nunrli hmul Rnn't egg whites until they form soft pcass. Whip cream. Apple And Prune Pudding Va cup flour 1 teaspoon baking powder Vt teaspoon salt 2 golden Delicious or Winesap apples, peeled and coarsely chopped 1 cup cooked, drained prunes, chopped Vi cup chopped nut meats 3 eggs, separated 1 teaspoon vanilla cup sugar Sift flour, baking powder and salt into mixing bowl. Add apples, prunes and nut meats. Beat egg yolks until thick with vanilla and sugar. Add tn apple and flour mix ture. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into well greased ! inch square pan. Bake in moder ately slow oven (323 degrees K.I for 40 mins. Serve warm with plain or whipped cream.
