Tito's Communist Party, which was kicked out of the Cominform in 1948, has been urging Russia to break up the Cominform to make way for a new organization that would include all Socialist movements. The new setup pre sumbaly would be free from Mos cow domination and allow Tito to play a leading role. Russia founded the Cominform after Worfd War II with the aim of promoting world communism.
