This was indicated Wednesday by Rep. Rees (R-Kan), chairman of the House Post Office and Civil Service Commitlce, in a telephone interview at his home in Em poria, Kan. Rees said the report had not yet been delivered to the committee and that the simple mechanics of making it available for public dis tribution would mean "some time" , would elapse before it could be released. The report, due to be delivered to the House committee Wednes day, was still undergoing security clearance by administrative agenc ies at last report.
