Victor Davis.
Mrs. Lewis Clark, president of
the group presided at the busi
ness meeting and the possibility
of an electric kiln was discussed.
Mrs. Sid Boise reported on the
furnishings of the teacher's
lounge and Mr. Rex Shelton gave
a report on the safety program
discussed at the Parents Council.
The attendance award was won
by Miss Georgia Kaylor's first
grade with Mrs. James Falk room
mother and Mrs. Stanley Davis,
assistant room mother.
Physical health of the school
children was the program and
Mrs. Etta Mae Doctoring, assist
ant supervisor of public health
nurses, talked about the health
problem. George Wright, princi
pal of Liherly School showed a
film on dental care.
Many residents in the Liberty
area have been feted this past
week with birthday parties.
Mrs. Katherine Schmidt was
complimented at a party in hon
or of her 75th birthday at the
home of Mrs. Lilly Jones on
Jones Road, on Thursday.
