diced cooked smoked tongue
(lightly packed), cup may
onnaise, 1 teaspoon prepared
yellow mustard, 1V teaspoons
minced ehives, dash of pepper,
I esg whites, 4 slices bread.
Method: Mix together the
tongue, mayonnaise, mustard.
ehives and pepper. Beat egg
whites until stiff but not dry;
fold into tongue mixture. Mean
while toast bread on one tide;
spread tongue mixture on
toasted tides of bread, being

tle, where George Beebe plans
to join them, coming by plane
from southern California, and
from there they will visit places
of interest in western Canada.
