Method: Mix together the tongue, mayonnaise, mustard. ehives and pepper. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry; fold into tongue mixture. Mean while toast bread on one tide; spread tongue mixture on toasted tides of bread, being ea refill to cover edget. Broil ander moderate heat about 10 minutes. Makea 4 servings.
