Farmer Fatally Hurt by Tractor Heppner Bradford M. Long, 34, was Injured fatally Wednesday when a tractor he Was operating overturned and foiled on him. The accident occurred on U. S. Highway SO at Heppner Junction, west of here. Long, an employo of the Goodfellow Brothers Construction compa ny, died In a Heppner hospi tal minutes after arrival.
