day he talked his teen-age son
into Killing the boy s mother,
in what police called "the worst
case of premeditated murder
ever seen in this area."
The youth. 13-year-old Clar
ence Eugene Simpson, told po
lice yesterday he had shot his
mother, Mrs. Vivian Simpson, 43,
in the chest with a .22 caliber
rifle as she stepped from the
