Br ELIZABETH TOOMEY New York, Sept. 21 OI.PJ The Statue of Liberty lost out to a furniture show when newlyweds Irvin and Genevieve Gallagher arrived here for a two-day honeymoon. "Furniture keeps costing more all the time," said Genevieve, "We decided we'd better make up our minds what we want to buy for our apartment in Cleve land and come back again to sightsee." Irvin, 29, went along willing ly on a two-hour tour of the Na tional Home Fupnrishings show. "A couch we picked out back In Cleveland went up $50 prac tically while we were looking at it," he said. A living room rug was at the top of their list. After a short consultation in one corner of the furniture display at Grand Cen tral palace, they agreed to spend $120, including the rug pad.
