Nugent is a member of the 52nd artillery battalion attach ed to the 24th infantry division. Elements of his battalion were Included in a group cut off by the North Koreans last week. However, the army did not con firm that Nugent had been cap tured. It merely acknowledged tint its records included that of Nugent and listed his home as South Center avenue in Merrill, Wis. If Mrs. Nugent has lived here since her husband was recruit ing officer for the southern 111 inois district after the war. His three children by a previous marriage are with her. "I'm not convinced that my husband actually has been cap tured," she said.
