C, Mr. and Mrs. Wright will make their home in Bremerton. For traveling the bride wore a tailored blue suit with while sharkskin blouse and . hat to match. . Mrs. Wright is a graduate of Washington State college and has been employed in Seattle. Mr. Wright attended school in Woodburn and Portland and al- attended Washington State college. He is employed electrician in the Bremerton shipyards. . Jefferson Is Scene 0 Rites - Jefferson At an all wlite candle-light ceremony Friday evening, September 18, at the Jefferson Church of Christ, Miss Donna June Powell, daugh ter of Mr. and Mrs. E. F. Pow ell ot Jefferson, became the bride of Virgil T. Bailes, son of Mrs. Helen Bailes of Ellens burg, Wash. Rev. James E. Whitaker, pastor of the local church, read the double ring ser vice in the presence of rela tives and friends. The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a white taf feta wedding dress with finger tip veil held in place by a tiara of seed pearls. She carried a white Bible with a spray of gar denias and bouvardia with white ribbon streamers. Miss Marjorie Jensen of Eu gene, maid of honor, wore white net frock and carried a nosegay of pink Rapture roses and white asters. Miss Wilma Sargent of Salem and Miss Lois Long of Yakima, Wash., were bridesmaids wear ing white frocks and carrying nosegays of yellow Talisman roses and while asters. George Alder was best man and Ivan Correll and Gene Pow ell wore ushers. Preceding the ceremony, Miss Sara. Margaret Hiitchings and Miss Mickie Thurston lit the candles.' Mrs. George Alder sang "Because," and "The Lord's Prayer," accompanied by 'Miss Feme Nutting, who also played the wedding marches.
