Andrews, wage-hour administra tor, reversed his stand Thursday on the exempUon of so-called "white collar workers from the wage-hour law, and announced he was oppos ed to any change which would exempt persons receiving a guaran teed monthly income of $300 or more. At the same time he told a press conference that because of "impas sable differences'' between (roups seeking to revise the wage-hour law he saw no hope at this time "for carefully considered amendment of the act in the Interests of wage earners, employes and the public interest." The paper stated IB in attendance when there were 365 and IB coun ties represented. This was the largest number they have ever had at any of their meetings. Mt. Angel Richard Zeis, five- year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. L. A. Zeis, suffered a double fracture of his arm Tuesday in a fall. Defectives Work To Segregate Loot Portland, July 31 VP) Detectives who arrested three young men and a girl for robbery worked with coats off Thursday to segregate scores of articles for persons who said they were victims of about 30 pillowslip robberies. Ths articles household goods, sports equipment, clothing, radios, clacks and a wide range of miscel laneoua items were recovered at a southwest Portland house where Lewis LaPolleU lived alone. An 18-year-old girl, Prances Lew Is, Eugene Klngsley, 18, and Leroy Dolson, 18, were held with LaPollett on burglary charges, police ac cused them of raiding homes and carrying away articles in pillowslips. Deputy District Attorney Tom Work filed complaints against La. Pollett, Dolson and Miss Lewis af. ter their arrest Wednesday. De tectives Albert O. Mulligan and John W.
