P. Hun V were hon ored Saturday evening when 36 friends called to honor them on their 25th wedding anniversary. Artistic arrangements of Spring flowers graced the rooms where the evening was spent Informally. The couple was presented a silver tea service by the group. Miss Gwendolyn Hunt modeled her mother's wedding gown and Miss Carolyn Hunt and Miss Marjorte Corbett modeled other gowns from the trousseau of 35 years ago. Mr. and Mrs. Hunt were married In Nevada. They have made their home In Salem since 1921 and have a wide circle of friends In the capital. Governor and Mrs. Sprague Honored Guests at Banquet Oregon State society. Daughters of the American Revolution, will close It two day annual convention this evening with a large banquet at the Hotel Marlon honoring Governor and Mn. Charles A. Sprague with Govern or Sprague listed as the principal speaker. Mra. M. P. Adams and Mrs. W. E. Hanson are planning the decorations and favors for the long tables, which will be arranged In the Mlrroroom. W Van Valln, national vice chairman of genealo- Contract Prizes Awarded Monday The Elks club contract bridge com. mlttee awarded prizes March 30 to the wlnnera of the series Just com pleted. The series has extended over the past five Monday nights. Pint place honors went to Mrs. Dewey Howell and M. R. Gunter, and second place to Mra. H. W. Huntington and Mrs. Ercel Kay. The next five positions went to the following: Mn. Earl Fisher and Mn. Paul Burrls, Mra. Oeorge Henderson and Mrs, Charles Gabriel; Mrs. Ed Roth and E. T.
