H. Owen. "The cock-a-doodle-do of my neighbor's roosters disturb my morning sleep and I want some thing done about it, preferably a city ordinance," the citizen wrote. (IP) All arrange ments are complete for establish ment of two great wheeled cities within the city of Toronto, which will house approximately 20,000 members of the Ancient Arabic Or der of Nobles of the Mystic Shrine during their annual conclave here early in June. With 300,000 Shiiners to be add ed temporarily to Toronto's popu lation of 750,000, the two great Ca nadian railroads, the Canadian Na tional and the Canadian Pacific have been called upon to provide Irving accommodations for the Ghrine delegates. The larger Shrine Temples which will come by special train will be housed In the same Pullman cars In which they arrive, in great coach yards which have been set aside for them. The Canadian National has as signed Its regular coach yards, mid way between the downtown section of the city and the Canadian Na tional Exhibition grounds, for park ing of its special Shrine trains. The first box of enumerator's portfolios were sent on their way to Washington, D. O. Tuesday after noon. The box contained H port folios and weighed betwene 300 and 300 pounds. The total weight of census portfolios which will be re turned to Washington will be some where over ton, estimates Hen dricks. The regular orflce force will han dle the hotel, contractors, Irriga tion and drainage schedule, and no new enumerators will be hired for the job. (LP) Twins who not only look alike but think alike have presented the U. 8, Depart ment of Civil Service with a per plexing problem. The twins, Letha O. and Leton O. Adams, co-ed students at Ar kansas State college, here, recently took a civil service examination. Their papers went In. A short time later back came a report from Uncle Sam, couched in the best official language. It informed the twins there was "obvious evidence oi -copying in the examination pa pers" and that the twins were barred forever from again taking a civil service examination. The girls reported the matter to college authorities, who Immediate' ly filed a protest with civil service authorities. The professor declared there was not a possible chance the gins had "cribbed."
