city's money in a careful way and
where most needed. One of the
most important things to do Ib to
employ the men and women of the
city in preference to outside work

on our streets men employed that
have come to town and live on
farms, as far oui as ten mllox
working on our streets in front of
mens homes that havo tried time,

that all roll and bus traffic should
he enforced to the letter, but keep
ing both sides in mind and justice
at all time, and net consider big

I would jsupport the measure to
pay a councilman a just wago for
tho timo ho serves the city, the
same as any other person scrvert
for pay. We must nil remember
that n city Is only a big family.
