It Is tho purpose of W. Mackenzie King, the premier to go before parliament with his cabinet, not withstanding the f&ct that the lib erals, of which party he is the leader, are in ihe minority in the house of commons, In consequence of the recent genoral election. This announcement was made last night by Mr. King In a lengthy statement, In which he took the ground that although the conservatives 'ed by Arthur Moi ghen had 116 scats in the cham ber as against 102 for the liberals, this was far from Indicating that Mr, Mclghan was in a position to command a majority ot the mem bers. In fact, Mr. King added, the results of the clectiong "appear ckarly to Indicate that he Is not in such a position." The statement was Issued after several conferences with the gov ernor geueral.
