Prosecutor Joel Stone's first questions to prospective jurymen sought to determine whether the fact that the victim wan an Im becile and a helplese cripple would car so them to reject evdence that she was a human being. "Did she or did she not have the right to life?" Stone asked the first tale3inan. Upon objection by defense Attorney Lewis D. Mowry, the court warned the prosecutor against discussing problem testi mony with prospective jurymen. The defense has indicated it will attempt to show that Dr. Blazer was insane at the time of the slay ing and that hfa act was Justified by the circumstances.
