Frank Boutin, a Portland lum berman. said he owns 250.000,000 feet In the neighborhood of Lake view. He said he would construct a mill and build a logging lino to the railroad there. He said, furth er, that a mill already at Lakeviow which is planning to close down soon, would be rejuvenated if the Southern Pacific and Strahorn plans were carried out.
