Eugene, Or., Oct. 2 The two big Issues before the 73rd annual conference of the Methodist Epis copal church of Oregon, now In session here, were quietly decided this morning. The conference voted overwhelmingly, 73 to 2, for the proposed union with the Met ho dlst Episcopal church south, and voted for the amendment admit ting laymen to conferences on an equal stand with ministers by a vote of 74 to 20.
