them as wide experience as possi
ble. One-half ot each school day
will be spent In school and one-
half in the business houses.
"No charge Is made for the stu
dents' services, as they are given
credit toward graduation. The
benefit is mutual; it gives the
student experience, in exchange
for which he renders valuable
service, and It gives the business
man an opportunity to try out
and select an assistant without
cost to him or obligation to the
student. Many Salem men have
taken advantage ot this oppor
tunity In the past and heartily en
dorse it.
